Worth saying out loud
The office is closed on Saturdays, but we meet customers on Saturday mornings to walk a site and put an estimate together. If your place on the lake is a weekend place, that is very likely the only time you and the ground are in the same county — so ask for it.

New systems, full replacements, and the site work that goes with them. Oneida and Vilas County have more lake frontage than almost anywhere in Wisconsin, which means county sanitary requirements, setbacks and soil conditions all matter — and a system that was fine for a seasonal cabin in 1985 is usually not fine for a house someone now lives in.

Clearing, digging and prepping ground so somebody else can build on it. Driveways, road grading and compacting, foundation holes, and trenching for water and utility runs.

Hauling, material delivery, and winter plowing. In a county where most of the houses are somebody’s second house, a plowed drive in February is not a small thing — it is the difference between arriving and turning around.
