We sell new canopies and install them. We have all fabric styles and colours, and we can usually find it and get it installed sooner than most.

If the old one is shot, or somebody in the house wants a different look or a higher-quality fabric, that is a normal reason to replace it and not a difficult conversation. Tell us the lift you are covering and we will price it.

A canopy that has been looked after is not crispy and stiff. It sheds water instead of absorbing it, and it sends the minerals and pollutants in the rain on their way.

When the fabric stops being soft and flexible, it is because those minerals are staying in the material rain after rain. That fabric is then far more likely to break down and to rip or tear the next time the wind tests it. Cleaning is not cosmetic — it is the cheapest year you can add to a canopy.

If you need one cleaned, we can do a same-day or overnight clean while you are up at the lake. If you want an opinion on whether yours is worth keeping, ask and we will give you one.

Your dock is an extension of you and the lake place you love. Whether it is your spot at 6am for coffee, 8am for yoga, or your landing pad after a good evening, we can make it what you want.

Unlike thirty years ago there is a full array of accessories and options for a dock. We are usually on the water daily, so call and we will stop, or we will schedule a visit.

One thing worth knowing before you book: if a canopy is removed but not cleaned, the canopy stays at the property. If you would rather it went away clean, say so when you call.

If you need storm clean-up, we are set up to mitigate the problem. Storms are either catastrophic or isolated, and they need two different responses.

A catastrophic storm takes expertise, equipment and patience, because we need to be ready to help for days and everyone on the lake calls at once. An isolated item still needs the equipment and the expertise, but the response time is much shorter. Either way it starts with letting us know.

If you have a pile of weeds on your sand, everyone who walks past is going to look at it. We can schedule a weekly removal so it never gets to that point.

Every place is different and needs its own plan. Let us look while you are around and we will put one together with you.

One thing to be clear about: this is removal of dead weed washed up on your beach. It is not removal of living weeds from the water — that is illegal in Minnesota without a permit, and we do not like trouble.

A barge is what makes the rest of this list possible on a steep lot, a soft shoreline or a property with no equipment access. It is not a separate business — it is how the work gets to you.
