A lot of outfits will send whoever is free. Sean has held ISA certification since 2000 and runs a family business, which in practice means the person who quotes the job is the person who climbs the tree.
Certification matters more in tree work than in most trades, because the cost of getting it wrong is a house, a power line, or somebody.
